Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a senior leader to own the Commercial analytics and AI/GenAI strategy. You will bridge Commercial stakeholders with IT & Digital, guiding AI initiatives that drive growth and operational impact.

Ideal candidates bring a strong data-science background, sales/commerce know-how, and a record of leading innovation while shaping business requirements and prioritizing use cases. This is a leadership role with broad impact across Nestlé's Commercial org.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
MBA or advanced degree is a strong plus.
7+ years partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee the development and deployment of AI/GenAI solutions in partnership with IT & Digital and external delivery partners.
Act as primary liaison between Commercial stakeholders and IT/technical teams, translating business problems into specific technical specs.
Drive adoption of analytics and AI initiatives across Nestlé's Commercial organization to maximize ROI.
Collaborate with Commercial leaders to prioritize high-value analytics projects aligned with strategic priorities.
Represent Commercial in the Data Council to influence enterprise analytics priorities.
