Job Description

Procore is looking for a driven Senior Manager, Commercial Account Management to join our Sales team. As we go to market with new products, you’ll develop, mentor, and lead a team of Account Managers focused on inside sales, technical demonstrations, and deal support to close sales. You will drive a high-performance, high-accountability culture to meet and exceed sales goals and grow our current customer base.

This position reports to the Director, Commercial Account Management and offers the flexibility to work remotely from any US location, with preferred locations in Carpinteria, CA, or Austin, TX. We are seeking candidates to join us immediately.

What you’ll do:
  • Lead a team of Account Managers to renew and expand customer accounts through upgrades and cross-selling new products.
  • Collaborate closely with the Customer Success Management team to ensure client success and alignment.
  • Attract, hire, and retain high-performing Account Managers, fostering a performance-driven culture.
  • Provide training and support to enhance understanding of roles, Procore’s products, industry, market, and sales best practices.
  • Conduct regular call, presentation, pipeline, and deal reviews with team members.
  • Assist reps in winning deals via onsite presentations, negotiations, and strategic deal planning.
  • Work with sales leadership and reps to ensure lead quality, quantity, and proper follow-up.
  • Deliver detailed performance analysis and accurate forecasts based on individual and team data.
  • Travel quarterly for client onsite visits.
What we’re looking for:
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.
  • 5+ years in quota-carrying software sales, preferably in SaaS.
  • 3-4 years of management experience in a sales environment or demonstrated leadership skills.
  • Proven success in hiring, developing, and promoting inside sales reps.
  • Experience selling through product demos, email, and social selling.
  • Experience with sales methodologies and Salesforce.
  • Ability to work with multiple cross-functional partners is essential.
  • A consistent track record of exceeding quota (100%+ achievement) as an individual contributor.
Additional Information

Base pay range: $165,600 - $227,700 plus commission, with estimated on-target earnings of $276,000 - $379,500. This role is eligible for equity compensation. Actual pay will depend on skills, experience, education, and location.
