Job summary

Just Ingredients is seeking a Senior Manager of Collaboration Events to lead our event strategy and execution across trade shows, product collaborations, B2B and partner events, retail activations, pop-ups, social media events, and brand experiences. You’ll own calendars, budgets, vendor contracts, and guest experiences, ensuring events are on-brand, on-budget, and tied to measurable business goals.

Travel and evenings/weekends are part of the role.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in event marketing or trade show management.
• 5+ years in a management role.
• Experience in CPG, food, supplements, beverage, or health/wellness preferred.
• Experience managing event budgets and vendor contracts.
• Experience with retail activations is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the event strategy and calendar aligned with launches and brand goals.
• Plan and execute launch events for co-branded collaborations.
• Lead B2B events including buyer meetings and partner summits.
• Support retail events, in-store activations, demos, and sampling.
• Concept, run, and manage pop-ups and brand experiences.
• Plan social-first events in partnership with Social team.
• Own budgets, vendors, contracts, travel, and on-site staffing.
• Track event performance and share results with leadership.
• Lead and develop event team members and cross-functional partners.
