Job summary

Just Ingredients Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager of Collaboration Events to lead our in-person event strategy and execution across major trade shows, product collaborations, B2B and partner events, retail activations, pop-ups, social media events, and brand experiences.

You will own the calendar, budgets, vendor contracts, and post-event analysis to ensure every event aligns with brand goals and delivers measurable results.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in event marketing or trade show management.
• Experience planning major trade shows, product launches, pop-ups, brand activations.
• Strong budgeting, vendor management, and contract negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage the annual collaboration events calendar aligned with product launches, partner priorities, and brand goals.
• Plan and execute launch events for co-branded collaborations and coordinate with partners on goals and timelines.
• Plan and host B2B events, including meetings, summits, and networking events to engage retail buyers and distributors.
• Support retail events, in-store activations, product demos, and sampling programs with retail partners.
• Concept and run pop-ups and branded experiences reflecting the brand’s mission with on-site operations.
• Plan social-first events with content capture and collaboration with the Social team.
• Own event budgets, timelines, vendor contracts, travel, shipping, and logistics.
