Mark Anthony Group seeks an experienced operations leader to manage multi-site co-packing networks, turning demand into executable production plans while driving service, quality, cost and inventory objectives.

The role partners with quality, supply chain, finance, logistics, and R&D to mitigate risks and optimize supplier performance, with accountability for a substantial annual spend.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Food, beverage, CPG manufacturing / Operations and Supply Chain experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day co-packing network execution and issue resolution.
• Coordinate cross-functional planning from forecast through shipment.
• Identify, onboard and manage suppliers while ensuring they meet specifications.
• Collaborate with quality, finance, logistics, procurement and R&D to mitigate risks.
