Job summary

BGCGH is seeking a seasoned program operations professional to lead planning, implementation, and evaluation of club programs across multiple locations. You will ensure alignment with the organization’s mission, supervise staff, and build strategic relationships to drive high-quality program development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum 5 years work experience in a nonprofit agency operations management and supervision.
• Experience in leading teams.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with limited supervision.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Club staff, subordinates, Board members, community groups, and other related agencies.
• Must be able to work regular business hours; periodic evenings, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Plan and prioritize programs for focus and implementation at all or specific Clubs.
• Ensure programs are consistent with organizational logic model, goals, and mission.
• Create and sustain strategic relationships to further high-quality program development.
• Manage performance of direct reports; provide direction and guidance on an ongoing basis.
• Evaluate programs on a continual basis and gather feedback to improve skills in program areas.
• Provide training and development opportunities for staff.
• Work with the internal program committee to enhance programs at all Clubs.
• Grant management: coordinate activities with the Development department and deliverables.
