Job summary

BGCGM’s 81st Street Club seeks a Club Manager to oversee year-round operations, staff supervision, program delivery, facilities and budget management at a CLC site in Milwaukee. The role ensures DPI, DCF and grant requirements are met and reports to the Area Director and VP of Operations.

The successful candidate will coach and develop personnel, foster a culture of excellence, and lead program targets, revenue goals, and partnerships with community partners and funders.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a licensed child services program or club.
• Ability to ensure DPI, DCF and licensing compliance.
• Experience managing budgets and funder reporting.

Responsibilities

• Organizes, directs, and supervises daily Club operations, including staffing, training, and scheduling.
• Ensures program targets, revenue goals, and contract obligations are met.
• Oversees DPI/DCF reporting and DPI Yearly Progress reporting requirements.
• Maintains documentation and coordinates with partners and funders.
• Manages budget up to $145,000 and oversees revenue subsidy programs.
• Fosters relationships with schools and community stakeholders.
