Job summary

BGCA seeks a Manager, Affiliate Relations to strengthen systems that connect BGCA with local Clubs. You’ll lead governance, chartering, and service-area processes, translating field input into clear actions while collaborating with senior leaders and field staff.

This hybrid role requires building trust, driving cross-functional initiatives, and delivering timely executive briefings and reports. Expect up to 30% travel across the movement to support national initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience managing complex projects, processes, or cross‑functional initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• PMP or governance credential is a plus.
• Strong project and process management skills with SOPs, trackers, dashboards, and executive reporting.
• Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative information and translate findings into clear recommendations.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills with executives, peers, and field stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead key Affiliate Relations processes and improve Membership Requirements, chartering, governance, and service-area changes.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, trackers, workplans, and accountability systems.
• Maintain BGCA sentiment tracker and translate insights for leadership.
• Define objectives, milestones, stakeholders, and risks for projects.
• Collaborate with senior leaders, Field Operations, Data Strategy, Compliance, Legal, Marketing, and local Club leaders.
• Coordinate national and field initiatives and support enterprise priorities across BGCA and local Clubs.
• Prepare executive briefings, reports, and decision papers for leaders.
