Job summary

The National Hockey League (NHL) is seeking a Senior Manager, Club Business Insights & Analytics to advance analytics capabilities across all 32 NHL Clubs. This role will partner with club leaders to identify opportunities for revenue growth, operational improvement, and stronger business performance.

The successful candidate will lead high‑impact analytics initiatives, build league‑wide benchmarking frameworks, and translate findings into executive‑level insights to drive data‑driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in analytics, BI, strategy, consulting, revenue optimization, or related field.
• Experience creating executive-level reporting, presentations, and analytics-driven recommendations.
• Advanced proficiency with BI tools like Tableau/Power BI and strong SQL skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with NHL Clubs to analyze business performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Develop and maintain league-wide benchmarking programs and analytics frameworks.
• Deliver actionable insights on ticketing, attendance, fan engagement, and revenue generation.
• Lead development and enhancement of reporting and analytics solutions for Clubs and NHL leadership.
• Translate complex analyses into clear, executive-level recommendations.
