Edwards Lifesciences in Irvine, CA, seeks a Senior Manager, Clinical Contracts and Budgets to lead the full lifecycle of clinical contracts and budgets, collaborating with study teams, hospitals, consultants and cross-functional groups.

In this hybrid role, you will negotiate complex agreements, develop trial budgets, and drive timely deliverables while ensuring compliance and high-quality outcomes for patient-centered cardio-thoracic innovations.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field with clinical study agreements, informed consents, consulting or vendor contracts experience.
• Ability to travel up to 5% domestically.

Responsabilidades

• Managing and overseeing the work of assigned team(s) within own function.
• Drafting, negotiating, and executing the full clinical contract lifecycle for a variety of moderately‑complex contract types with high quality.
• Developing trial budgets of moderate complexity based on fair market value assessments.
• Planning and directing moderate to complex clinical contracts projects with large scale impact.
• Identifying and mitigating risks and escalating issues to leadership.
• Providing input on legal-owned contract templates.
