Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field with related experience in Clinical Study Agreements, Informed Consents, Consulting and/or Vendor contracts.
• Ability to travel up to 5% domestically.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the work of assigned teams within the function, developing talent and ensuring timely output.
• Draft, negotiate, and execute the full clinical contract lifecycle for diverse contract types with high quality.
• Develop trial budgets of moderate complexity in collaboration with clinical study teams.
• Plan and direct moderate-to-complex clinical contracts projects with significant business impact.
• Identify and mitigate risks and escalate issues to leadership with proposed solutions.
