Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field with previous related experience.
• Ability to travel up to 5% domestically.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee clinical contract lifecycle including budgets and negotiations.
• Draft, negotiate, and execute clinical contracts (e.g., TCA budgets, NDAs, vendor contracts).
• Provide guidance on contract templates and risk mitigation.
• Develop moderate complexity trial budgets in collaboration with clinical study teams.
• Escalate delays and issues to leadership with recommended solutions.
