• Preferred: paralegal or contract certification; strong MS Office and CLM usage.
• Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft, redline, and negotiate moderately complex clinical contracts (NDAs, Master Clinical Trial Agreements, SOWs, budgets).
• Assess risks and advise management on mitigation strategies; provide clinical input on terms.
• Evaluate contract and budget amendments or renewals and negotiate changes.
• Identify timeline risks and coordinate with Legal, Compliance, and project stakeholders.
• Process final documents in CLM and secure signatures within authority.
• Recommend process improvements with cross-functional teams.
