Job summary

Professional Office Services is seeking a Manager, Client Success to lead the Client Success team and own post-sale customer relationships for the firm's patient statement and payment solution. The role focuses on customer retention, product adoption, account health, and identifying expansion opportunities as the operating model evolves.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
Experience leading Client Success or customer lifecycle teams.
Background in SaaS, fintech, or healthcare technology preferred.
Proven results improving retention, adoption, and account growth.
Experience building segmentation and health scoring programs.
Strong analytical and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop Client Success Managers, including onboarding and performance management.
Own customer retention metrics (GRR/NRR) and identify expansion opportunities.
Build segmentation, engagement cadences, and strategic reviews for accounts.
Drive product adoption and communicate customer value with data-driven insights.
Partner with Sales on qualified expansion and support negotiations.
Design and enforce operating boundaries between CS, Implementation, Support, Sales, and Product.
