Job Description:

Are you a dynamic and innovative relationship-driven leader? We are seeking a Senior Client Solutions Manager to join our Marketing and Content team at Phreesia Network Solutions. In this role, you will lead high-impact digital campaigns for influential clients in Life Sciences, Government, Non-Profit, Pharmacy, and healthcare sectors. You will serve as the strategic link between Phreesia and our partners, managing key accounts and building relationships that foster new opportunities. You will lead a team dedicated to delivering creative solutions that meet business goals and resonate with healthcare audiences. What You'll Do:
  1. Lead and manage the full lifecycle of patient-centric digital campaigns—from kickoff to post-launch analysis.
  2. Build strong, consultative relationships with top-tier clients and partners.
  3. Lead and develop a team of Client Solutions Managers and Associates, engaging with senior peers.
  4. Collaborate across Analytics, Data Science, Research, and Leadership to ensure campaign success.
  5. Manage campaign deadlines, ensuring timely execution aligned with contractual and financial goals.
  6. Identify opportunities for process improvement, testing new capabilities, and sharing best practices.
  7. Identify growth opportunities within client accounts and contribute to Phreesia’s strategic direction.

Note: Phreesia is fully remote; candidates in ET and CT regions are prioritized.

What You'll Bring:
  1. Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in account management or services in a marketing agency, preferably in healthcare/pharmaceuticals.
  2. Proven leadership with direct management experience.
  3. Strong skills in building client relationships and managing complex environments.
  4. Excellent planning, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  5. Proficiency with PowerPoint, Jira, Monday.com, Ziflow, MS Project, or similar tools.
  6. Ability to travel 2-3 times annually for client or team meetings.
