Job Description

EdgeVerve is hiring a Manager/Senior Manager Client Services to build a focused market strategy and implement proactive sales activities for our Financial Services vertical. Join our team and leverage your net-new sales and business development skills today!

You will be responsible for growing new business and developing a pipeline within the Financial Services space. This requires a deep understanding of the market and competition to develop effective sales strategies and apply your sales and solution expertise. You will also manage and expand existing client accounts, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to identify opportunities, close deals, and expand our footprint within key financial institutions.

AI Next’s interconnected enterprise approach is crucial for AI-driven success. Our solutions include streamlining retirement withdrawals, automating investment compliance, revolutionizing KYC processes, and streamlining loan processes.

Work Location: North America

Work Authorization: Candidates authorized to work in the U.S. without employer-sponsored visas are encouraged to apply. Immigration sponsorship is not available for this role.

Experience Range: 15+ years in selling software products/services, with at least 5 years focused on financial services.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand AI platform adoption in Financial Services.
  • Achieve targets based on TCV, revenue, and deal margin.
  • Close high-value deals and generate new accounts from targeted lists.
  • Understand AI technologies, machine learning, and their applications in Financial Services.
  • Address client challenges, objectives, and regulatory requirements to position our solutions effectively.
  • Drive account renewals and deepen stakeholder relationships.
  • Leverage technical knowledge of AI, machine learning, and data mining in client conversations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies and ensure successful execution.
Qualifications
  • Experience selling AI, document digitization, and digital solutions, especially in cloud and managed services.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas, focusing on TCV or revenue metrics.
  • Deep knowledge of the Financial Services industry, including challenges, regulations, and trends.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to engage with C-level and VP-level stakeholders to articulate business value.
  • Strong communication skills to explain complex technical solutions to non-technical audiences.
  • Result-oriented with a passion for innovation and technology.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and industry events.
