Job summary

Highmark Inc. is seeking a seasoned professional to lead large-scale client transformation programs, coordinating across Product, Sales, Clinical, Provider and IT teams.

You will own deliverable artifacts, guide workstreams, and mentor junior professionals to drive value for Health Plans and customers. Required are a Bachelor's in IT/MIS/Health Admin and 5 years of consulting/industry experience, with PMP/ITIL or Lean Six Sigma preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Management Information Science, Health Administration, or closely related field
• Master's Degree (MBA or related) preferred
• 5 years of Consulting and/or Industry experience
• Experience engaging senior leaders and working in matrixed environments

Responsibilities

• Deliver complex, large-scale client enterprise transformation programs
• Lead workstreams, manage milestones, and ensure quality within budget
• Develop client requirements, SOPs, roles & responsibilities, and user guides
• Coach and mentor junior resources
• Interface with Product, Sales, Clinical, Provider and IT teams to meet commitments
