Job summary

The Cigna Group is hiring a Senior Manager to lead the US Employer’s O500 implementation team. You will guide IMs, optimize onboarding for new and renewing clients, and partner with sales leaders, brokers and clients to deliver exceptional experiences.

You will drive capacity planning, risk mitigation, and execution through MOS, Verint, Vista and Tableau while fostering inclusion and accountability. This role supports a national, mostly remote workforce with travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in client implementation, PM, account management or operations management; 3+ years of people leadership in a client-facing environment.
• Proven ability to lead high-performing teams in a fast-paced, high-volume setting while meeting client objectives.
• Demonstrated success building strategic partnerships with sales leaders, brokers, clients and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of O500 Implementation Managers, using MOS, Verint, Vista and Tableau to monitor performance and drive outcomes.
• Set clear goals, expectations and metrics; provide ongoing coaching and development.
• Conduct regular one-on-ones focusing on performance, capacity, growth and business objectives.
• Develop bench strength and mentor team members; manage escalations and complex issue resolution.
• Collaborate with sales, brokers and clients to ensure aligned implementation strategies.
