Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Client Network Guarantee Management to lead a team accountable for the financial performance of contractual guarantee commitments across a portfolio of clients. You will drive margin management, performance monitoring, risk identification and reporting with strong operational discipline.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of pricing, financial analysis, contract performance, margin management, or related analytics.
• 3+ years in healthcare, pbm or managed care preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership including people management and team development.
• Experience building financial models, forecasts, and performance reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills; able to analyze large datasets with SQL/BI tools.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver on contractual timelines.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and communicating with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of analysts and senior professionals through coaching and performance management.
• Lead margin management and oversight of retail, mail, and specialty guarantees.
• Ensure contractual commitments, reporting timelines, and deliverables are met on time.
• Provide senior leadership with concise readouts on performance, risk, and actions.
• Translate business needs into analytics, reporting, and execution plans across client commitments.
• Partner with data science, client operations, underwriting, and pharmacy teams to improve performance.
• Strengthen and scale the operating model across multiple lines of business and guarantees.
• Identify risks and drive process improvements for accuracy and efficiency.
• Own development and execution of corrective action plans when performance is at risk.
