Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Client Network Guarantee Management, to lead a team responsible for the financial performance of contractual guarantee commitments across a client portfolio. You will manage margins, drive performance monitoring, and deliver concise leadership readouts.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with data science, underwriting, and client operations to strengthen, scale, and execute the client network pricing operating model.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in pricing, financial analysis, contract performance, margin management or similar.
• 3+ years in Healthcare, preferably PBM/Managed Care.
• Strong people leadership and talent development experience.
• Experience building/using financial models, forecasts and dashboards.
• Advanced Excel and ability to analyze large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of analysts and senior professionals with coaching and performance management.
• Oversee margin management and performance across retail, mail, and specialty guarantees.
• Ensure timely, accurate reporting and contractual deliverables.
• Provide senior leadership with concise readouts on performance and risk.
• Translate business needs into analytics, reporting, and action plans.
• Collaborate with data science, operations, underwriting and pharmacy teams.
• Scale operating model across multiple lines of business and guarantee types.
• Identify risks and drive corrective actions to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Manage corrective action plans when performance or timelines are at risk.
