Job summary

United Talent Agency (UTA) seeks an experienced Manager of Client Accounting to lead the booking and revenue-tracking process within a fast-paced entertainment environment. You will partner with agents and their teams to capture accurate data, enforce GAAP-compliant practices, and drive continuous improvements in reporting and controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred.
• 6+ years of accounting experience.
• Entertainment experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Own the relationship with agents and assistants to ensure booking data accuracy and timely reports.
• Manage the booking process from start to finish in a GAAP-compliant environment.
• Monitor quality metrics and drive process improvements for client bookings.
• Coordinate with agents on invoices, statements, debits, and tax matters.
• Collaborate with GL and FP&A teams to ensure seamless financial operations.
