United Talent Agency, LLC seeks an experienced Manager for its Client Accounting team in Los Angeles. The role acts as the primary contact for department-specific accounting issues, collaborating with agents and their assistants to capture accurate booking information in a GAAP-compliant environment.

You will oversee the booking process end-to-end, monitor quality metrics, and drive process improvements while partnering with GL and FP&A teams in a fast-paced entertainment setting.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field.
• 6+ years of accounting experience.
• Entertainment experience preferred.
• Customer service focus.
• Strong Microsoft and accounting systems knowledge.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Meet and own relationships with agents and assistants to ensure complete and accurate booking data and reports.
• Maintain client bookings and review data for accuracy for agents while considering revenue recognition standards.
• Oversight of team members to ensure bookings are correct and client payments are processed accurately.
• Liaise with clients and agents on invoices, statements, debits, tax matters, and account questions.
