Role Overview

The Senior Manager, Channel Sales, Industrial Solutions drives growth through strategic partnerships with distributors and resellers in the Industrial Solutions sector, including cabling, wiring, and manufacturing. This role involves designing and executing targeted sales strategies, navigating complex partner organizations, and providing tailored training to contractors and industrial professionals. The position leverages industry knowledge to identify new business opportunities and coordinates with BMS Marketing to implement effective programs.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Establish and maintain strong, professional relationships with distributors and reseller partners.
  2. Design and execute targeted sales strategies to promote profitable growth.
  3. Navigate and influence complex partner organizations for program implementation.
  4. Provide training and presentations tailored to contractors and industrial professionals.
  5. Identify new business opportunities using industry knowledge.
  6. Coordinate with BMS Marketing on incentives, promotions, and strategies.
  7. Manage or influence account reps supporting the channel and drive joint sales calls.
Customer Engagement
  1. Maintain onsite presence at reseller/contractor/end user accounts.
  2. Develop and nurture long-term customer relationships.
  3. Visit and engage with customers to understand needs and provide solutions.
  4. Attend industry events showcasing the BMS Portfolio.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in technology sales, channel partner sales, or related areas.
  • At least 2 years of sales experience in AutoID or Mobility space.
  • Experience with IT distribution sales is preferred.
Skills and Abilities
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to penetrate and navigate large organizations.
  • Market needs analysis and solution creation.
  • Effective collaboration with stakeholders.
Additional Details
  • Remote position with a salary range of $115,000-$130,000.
