The Senior Manager, Channel Sales, Industrial Solutions role focuses on driving growth through strategic partnerships with distributors and resellers in the Industrial Solutions sector, including cabling, wiring, and manufacturing. Responsibilities include designing sales strategies, navigating complex partner organizations, and providing tailored training to contractors and industrial professionals. The role also involves leveraging industry knowledge to identify new business opportunities and coordinating with marketing to implement programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with distributors and reseller partners.
  • Design and execute sales strategies for profitable growth.
  • Navigate and influence complex partner organizations to adopt BMS mobile printing solutions.
  • Provide training and presentations tailored to contractors and industrial professionals.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop actionable plans.
  • Coordinate with marketing on incentives and promotions.
  • Manage or influence account reps supporting the channel and drive joint sales calls.

Customer Engagement

  • Maintain onsite presence at reseller/contractor/end-user accounts.
  • Develop and nurture long-term customer relationships.
  • Visit and engage with customers to understand their needs.
  • Attend industry events showcasing the BMS portfolio.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience: Minimum 8 years in technology sales, channel partner sales, or related fields; at least 2 years in AutoID or Mobility space; quota-carrying end-user sales experience; IT distribution sales experience.

Technical Skills: Knowledge of Salesforce preferred.

Other Skills: Excellent communication, ability to navigate complex organizations, create solutions, and collaborate effectively.

Additional Details

  • Remote work possible.
  • Salary range: $115,000-$130,000, based on experience and other factors.
  • Eligible for variable pay incentives based on performance.

Work Locations
