About the Role

The Senior Manager, Channel Sales, Industrial Solutions drives growth by establishing strategic partnerships with distributors and resellers in the Industrial Solutions sector, including cabling, wiring, and manufacturing. Responsibilities include designing and executing targeted sales strategies, navigating complex partner organizations, providing tailored training, and leveraging industry knowledge to identify new business opportunities.

What You’ll Do
  1. Manage and develop relationships with distributors and resellers, fostering collaboration.
  2. Develop and implement sales strategies for profitable growth within Industrial Solutions.
  3. Influence partner organizations to adopt BMS mobile printing solutions.
  4. Provide training and presentations to contractors and industrial professionals.
  5. Identify new business opportunities and develop actionable plans.
  6. Coordinate with marketing on incentives, promotions, and strategies.
  7. Support and influence account reps supporting the channel.
Customer Engagement
  1. Maintain onsite presence at customer accounts.
  2. Develop long-term customer relationships ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
  3. Engage with customers to understand needs and provide solutions.
  4. Attend industry events showcasing BMS Portfolio.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in technology sales, channel partner sales, and AutoID or Mobility space.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in end-user facing roles.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce preferred.
Skills & Abilities
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to navigate large organizations and create sales opportunities.
  • Strong market needs analysis and solution creation skills.
  • Effective collaboration with stakeholders with a customer-centric approach.
Additional Details
  • Remote position with salary range $115,000-$130,000.
  • Eligible for incentive plans based on performance.
