THE OPPORTUNITY

Seceon is seeking an experienced cybersecurity channel-sales leader to grow partner-sourced revenue across the Eastern United States.

This is a quota-carrying revenue position—not a passive partner-management role. We are looking for someone who can demonstrate, with specific numbers, how much partner-sourced pipeline and revenue they have personally generated and closed.

The person hired will be responsible for growing revenue through Seceon’s existing partners, recruiting productive new partners, bringing new customer opportunities into the business, and helping partner-led deals move from initial discovery through close.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Own and achieve an annual regional revenue quota of at least $1 million.
  • Generate partner-sourced pipeline and closed revenue across the Eastern United States.
  • Grow revenue through Seceon’s existing MSP, MSSP, VAR, distributor, and alliance partners.
  • Recruit new channel partners with the customer base, technical capabilities, and commercial commitment to generate business.
  • Convert newly recruited partners into active, revenue-producing relationships.
  • Identify new customer opportunities through existing partner and industry relationships.
  • Develop joint partner business plans with revenue goals, target accounts, pipeline requirements, and go-to-market activities.
  • Lead partner and customer presentations, opportunity strategy, commercial negotiations, and closing activities.
  • Enable partner sales and technical teams to position Seceon’s AutoSOC, SIEM, XDR, MDR, and AI TRiSM capabilities.
  • Conduct regular partner reviews based on pipeline, closed revenue, win rate, sales velocity, and partner activity.
  • Maintain accurate opportunity records, forecasts, next steps, and expected closing dates in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with Seceon’s Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and executive leadership teams to accelerate partner-led opportunities.
  • Represent Seceon at partner meetings, customer meetings, cybersecurity conferences, and regional industry events.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • At least 10 years of experience in cybersecurity channel sales, partner sales, strategic alliances, business development, or enterprise technology sales.
  • At least five years of direct experience working with MSPs, MSSPs, VARs, distributors, or cybersecurity channel partners.
  • Demonstrated success generating partner-sourced pipeline and closing partner-led cybersecurity business.
  • The ability to provide specific examples of previous quota attainment, quarterly and annual revenue, pipeline generated, deal values, and customers acquired.
  • Proven experience recruiting new partners and converting them into active, revenue-producing relationships.
  • An established network of productive channel and cybersecurity relationships within the Eastern United States.
  • Strong knowledge of SIEM, XDR, MDR, SOC operations, threat detection and response, security automation, or related cybersecurity technologies.
  • Experience managing pipeline and forecasting through Salesforce, HubSpot, or a comparable CRM.
