Job summary

SUJA Life is seeking a Sr. Manager, Category Management, Channels to lead strategy and execution across Mass, Club, Specialty, and Emerging Channels.

You will manage relationships with top retailers, develop channel-specific category plans, optimize assortments and placement, and collaborate with sales, marketing, supply chain, and operations to drive profitable growth. This remote role requires travel 10–20% and a strong data-driven approach using Scintilla and CRX/Unify+ to inform mutual

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in category management, syndicated data, insights, sales or a related field.
• Proven track record with large retail accounts across Mass, Club, Specialty, and Emerging Channels.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data for strategic decision-making.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior retail executives.
• Extensive use of syndicated scan, panel, and loyalty card platforms and retailer portals.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers across Mass, Club, Specialty, and Emerging Channel accounts.
• Develop and implement category management strategies tailored to each channel.
• Lead the creation and execution of category plans to drive sales, market share, and profitability.
• Collaborate with retail partners on product assortment, pricing, promotions, and go-to-market execution.
• Mentor sales leads on strategic approach and insights storytelling with customers.
• Monitor KPIs such as sales growth, market share, promo effectiveness, and buy rate.
