Pink Moon Consulting is seeking a Senior Manager - Communication Consulting to help organizations navigate large-scale transformations by shaping strategy, messaging, and employee engagement.

Based in Chicago, you will partner with executive leaders to develop compelling communication plans, design campaigns, and deliver executive messaging across diverse client engagements, driving adoption and measurable results. 8+ years of experience and a Bachelor's degree are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree is a plus.
• 8+ years of consulting or corporate communications experience.
• Experience leading communication strategies for organizational change or transformation.
• Strong executive presence with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead communication strategy for large-scale organizational transformation initiatives.
• Partner with executive leaders to develop compelling communication plans and messaging.
• Design employee communication campaigns that drive engagement and adoption.
• Advise clients on change communication best practices and stakeholder engagement.
