Job summary

Cherry Bekaert LLP is seeking a Senior Manager for our CFO Advisory – Accounting Advisory practice. The role offers hybrid flexibility or remote work for the right resource, with travel for select projects as needed.

You will lead engagements, mentor staff, and advise clients on technical accounting matters and new standards implementations. The ideal candidate brings 7+ years in audit, accounting or consulting with strong US GAAP knowledge, excellent client service, and proven project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting with strong US GAAP understanding.
• 7+ years in public accounting or industry performing audit, accounting or consulting services.
• Sufficient experience with technical accounting and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver accounting advisory services including technical accounting, new standards implementation, reconciliations and financial statement prep.
• Mentor junior staff and drive growth within the advisory practice.
• Engage with client leadership (CFOs, Controllers, business owners) and draft deliverables.
