Mammoth Brands seeks a Senior Manager for the Centralized Insights & Analytics team in New York. You will influence category strategy, drive performance insights, and partner across sales, marketing, analytics, and operations.

You will lead analytics initiatives, coach team members, and report to the Head of Centralized Insights & Analytics, shaping how brands like Harry’s, Flamingo, Lume, and Mando grow in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field or related discipline.
• Strong capability in advanced modeling and data interpretation.
• Proven ability to create impactful presentations for senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Understand key drivers across macro trends, category, shopper, and competitive performance to craft strategy.
• Lead reporting on changes in the business and highlight growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and mentor analytics staff on omnichannel projects.
