Job summary

Mammoth Brands seeks a Retail Analytics Manager to lead strategic analysis and performance for our Harry’s, Flamingo, Lume, and Mando brands. This customer-facing role combines analytics leadership with storytelling to inform category strategy, shopper insights, and channel opportunities.

You will report to the Senior Manager of Retail Analytics and partner with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 4-6 years in an analytical role.
• Experience with syndicated data (Circana/IRI/Nielsen) is required.
• Ability to synthesize complex data into concise insights.
• Excellent communicator with strong presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel ~8–10 times per year.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic analysis and performance for Harry’s, Flamingo, Lume, and Mando brands.
• Develop analytics roadmap and insights to support channel strategy.
• Mentor teammates and build scalable processes/tools.
• Extract maximum value from data platforms with storytelling to merchants and brands.
• Drive data-driven recommendations and action across teams.
