Swire Coca-Cola is seeking a Senior Manager, Category Insights to lead the Category Market Insights team and craft analytics that inform portfolio and channel strategy. You will manage a team of analysts, synthesize data, and translate findings into strategic recommendations for leadership.

The role requires 6+ years of BI experience, strong data visualization skills (Power BI/Tableau), SQL/Python proficiency, and experience with syndicated data and primary research.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required in a business/analytics-related field.
• 6+ years of BI, reporting, sales analysis, strategy development, and project management experience.
• 4+ years of data visualization experience (Power BI/Tableau) required.
• 4+ years with SQL/Python to manipulate large data sets for reporting and insights.
• 2+ years leading a high-performing team.
• Experience with syndicated CPG data (Nielsen/IRI/Numerator) or customer data for strategy.
• 2+ years designing and executing primary research (qualitative and quantitative).

Responsibilities

• Synthesize disparate data sources into compelling storylines for portfolio and channel strategy.
• Lead team development to produce end-to-end market and consumer analyses.
• Develop category knowledge using Nielsen/IRI/Numerator and customer data for competitive advantage.
• Design, execute, and analyze insights from qualitative or quantitative research (in-house or via vendors).
• Translate business questions into robust research plans.
• Create a repository of research, white papers, and dashboards to democratize insights.
• Lead competitive product monitoring and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
