Job summary

Current is seeking an experienced CAS Senior Manager to lead a portfolio of client engagements, ensuring high-quality service, effective risk management, and strong client relationships. This role oversees complex accounting matters and develops engagement teams to improve processes and reporting.

The position collaborates with Tax, Advisory, Payroll, Finance/FP&A, and client stakeholders to deliver value, while coaching managers and monitoring budgets, margins, and deadlines.

• Oversee multiple CAS engagements, ensuring accurate, timely, and consistent deliverables.
• Advise clients on complex accounting matters, process design, financial reporting, and operational improvements.
• Serve as a senior client contact and proactively manage expectations, risks, and escalations.

• Promote standardization, technology adoption, automation, and continuous improvement.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Eight or more years of progressive accounting experience

Strong technical accounting, client service, communication, and project management skills

Experience designing scalable accounting processes and reporting

CPA or equivalent certification preferred

Public accounting, outsourced accounting, or professional services experience preferred

Work Environment

This position may be office-based, hybrid, or remote based on business and client needs. Travel of up to 25% may be required.
