Job summary

Devoted Health is seeking a seasoned Senior Manager to lead a large frontline nursing and care coordination team focused on 30-day post-discharge outcomes. You will inspire managers and ensure high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced, transformational environment.

You will balance frontline clinical work (10–20%), coaching, and strategic partnership with TOC leadership to drive improvements and scale the program across dispersed teams in the United States.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading high-performing clinical teams in transitional care/care management.
• 3+ years coaching/managing other leaders (manager-of-managers).
• Active RN license in good standing, BSN or equivalent; master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Transformational Clinician Leadership: lead frontline nurses, care coordinators, educators & nurse leaders to improve post-acute outcomes.
• Coaching & Development: hire, train, and improve workflows; develop skills across teams.
• Performance management: track KPIs on productivity, quality of care, and clinical outcomes; provide coaching.
• Servant Leadership: provide frontline patient care 10–20% of time to stay connected with operations.
• Thought Partnership: collaborate with clinical/operational leads to shape scope, strategy and execution.
