Responsibilities

• Support Head of Latin America Carbon Advisory by managing senior government relationships and translating priorities into workplans and transaction paths.
• Develop country commercialization strategies including market pathways, pricing, structures, and buyer engagement plans.
• Lead transaction analytics, including due diligence, term sheets, and negotiation preparation for carbon projects.
• Coordinate cross-country delivery with governments, implementing agencies, legal, technical, and external advisors.
