Charles Schwab Corporation is seeking a Sr. Manager, WSG Capacity & Business Strategy to build and manage capacity planning for the Wealth Strategies Group.

This role requires a resourceful self-starter who can translate data into action and align WSG leaders and enterprise partners for scalable delivery. You will own capacity planning, develop baseline inputs, create real-time reporting, and drive improvements including automation and AI-supported analytics to enhance forecasting accuracy and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years in capacity management, workforce planning, FP&A, strategy, or operations.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis/visualization skills (SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience building forecasting, staffing, or capacity models.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Own capacity management and workforce planning for the Wealth Strategies Group across teams and regions.
• Establish reliable data feeds for demand drivers and capacity models.
• Maintain baseline model inputs including productivity, mix, lead times, vacancy rates.
• Develop capacity models for Tax, Trust & Estate, Financial Planning, and Income & Option specialists.
• Create real-time capacity reporting comparing demand with supply across teams.
• Translate capacity insights into hiring, staffing, and resource allocation recommendations.
• Drive process improvement, automation, and AI-supported analytics to improve forecasting.
