In this role, you will support business growth while helping ensure the sustainable delivery of a consistent wealth management experience comprised of people, process, and technology to serve clients at scale.

  • Establish reliable sources of truth and recurring data feeds for demand drivers, including referral volumes, across each WSG work type and capacity model.
  • Formalize and maintain baseline model inputs, including productivity assumptions, work mix, lead times, vacancy rates, and other relevant capacity drivers.
  • Build and maintain WSG capacity models covering Tax, Trust & Estate, Financial Planning, and Income & Option specialists.
  • Develop real-time capacity reporting comparing demand with supply across WSG teams and regions.
