We are looking for an exceptional new team member to join us to lead all aspects of Data, Reporting and Analytics.
We’re seeking a Senior Manager, Business Intelligence to lead our enterprise-wide data, reporting, and analytics strategy. This high-impact role will be at the forefront of transforming data into actionable insights that drive decision-making across sales, marketing, finance, operations, and technology. Reporting to the finance team and working cross-functionally, you’ll build scalable reporting systems, ensure data integrity and governance, and develop compelling dashboards that inform our most important strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities:
- Spearhead the Business Intelligence initiative by developing and executing a robust data strategy that aligns with organizational goals
- Work with groups across the company to define, design and develop regular BI reports as well as ad hoc analysis. Maintain, enhance and develop existing reporting and analytics
- Design and implement scalable reporting systems that empower stakeholders with actionable insights to drive rapid decision-making
- Identify inefficiencies in current workflows and lead the optimization and development of new processes
- Perform ad hoc queries, data extraction and system reporting tasks as needed
- Be a team player – coach, mentor and help train junior resources on the technology team
- Partner with technology and business teams to define metrics; build dashboards to track performance and progress towards goals
- Run business review cadence to summarize past performance, develop key insights, opportunities, and recommendations
- Assist with forecasting processes and support business planning cycles
- Teach business intelligence and reporting technologies and processes through informal and formal mentorship both inside and outside the team.
- Manage reporting databases to ensure accuracy and completeness of the data and identifying gaps and opportunities in business intelligence and reporting solutions
- Explore the integration of predictive analytics, machine learning, and AI to enable proactive decision-making and scenario planning
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience working with Microsoft SQL server, Stored Procedures, and complex query logic
- 5+ years of experience in Power BI Development using DAX and Microsoft Azure suite
- 3+ years of data and financial modeling experience
- Experience incorporating AI data analytics tools into BI workflow
- Basic knowledge of ETL best practices
- Ability to research and problem-solve using SQL and other systems knowledge
- Ability to document and gain deep understanding of business processes in a Direct-to-Consumer environment
- Excellent Communication and time management skills, comfortable working in a team environment and presenting to executive team on a monthly cadence
- Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
- Demonstrated experience working cross functionally with stakeholders of various levels to scope and prioritize work
