Location: United States | Remote

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Business Data Analysis and Processing to lead data research, visualization initiatives, and modernize financial systems. Reporting to the Vice President of Business Operations, you will use data insights to inform business decisions and transform customer purchasing and invoicing processes.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Collaborate with leadership and tech teams to modernize operations including ordering, payments, and invoicing.
• Lead and maintain manual processes until automation is implemented.
• Design and manage data analysis and business intelligence to generate insights, forecast trends, and support decision-making.
• Apply advanced analytical techniques to uncover patterns and optimize performance.
• Develop data sourcing, transformation, validation, and visualization strategies.
• Create visual representations to facilitate data understanding.
• Translate complex data into clear reports for stakeholders.
• Partner with finance to provide insights into revenue, costs, and performance.
• Communicate with customers and partners regarding invoicing and financial queries.
• Monitor and refine analytical models for accuracy and impact.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, marketing, IT, or related field.
• At least 5 years’ experience in finance, martech, or IT, focusing on financial systems.
• Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret large datasets.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working directly with clients is a plus.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented, and independent worker.

Salary range: $95,000 - $105,000, depending on experience and location. Eligible for annual incentives. Benefits information available in the Employee Benefits Guide 2025.
