Global Sports Jobs Limited is seeking a Manager, Venue Planning and Operations to join LA28's Broadcast Services and shape how competition venues support world-class broadcast ahead of the Games in Los Angeles. This is a creation role translating complex technical requirements into actionable venue plans that venue teams can deliver on site.

You will lead OBS planning meetings, coordinate across Venue Infrastructure, Technology, Hospitality and Ticketing, and oversee site visits to ensure

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years in broadcast industry experience.
• Experience with international broadcast organisations delivering global coverage.
• Proven ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.
• Experience coordinating across multiple functional areas to execute complex venue plans.
• Ability to secure buy-in from senior external rights holders (IOC/IPC).
• On-site availability in LA28 Downtown Los Angeles office.

Aufgaben

• Serve as primary contact for OBS production teams and lead broadcast planning and information exchange.
• Lead World Broadcaster Meetings and briefings; manage deliverables and information flow.
• Support infrastructure and technical planning for competition venues; translate broadcast requirements into venue plans.
• Lead site visits to venues; assess broadcast infrastructure needs and inform planning decisions.
• Collaborate across Venue Infrastructure, Technology, Hospitality and Ticketing to streamline approvals.
• Perform other duties as required; role may evolve and include on-site duties during Games.
