Jazz Pharmaceuticals seeks a Senior Manager, Corporate Development to evaluate and execute strategic transactions across its core therapeutic areas. You will work with external partners, bankers, and senior leaders to build compelling business cases and lead due diligence in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with Legal, Finance, and R&D to structure and close deals while managing multiple timelines and maintaining high integrity with confidential information.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline with 2+ years of relevant experience
• Advanced degree (MS, MBA, MD, or PhD) highly preferred but not required
• Experience in biopharma business development, investment banking, equity research, consulting, private equity, or similar strategic roles within biopharma
• Strong financial modeling, business valuation, and investigative problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication with ability to influence senior leadership
• Resilience, drive, and integrity when handling confidential information
