Base pay range

$97,790.00/yr - $127,005.00/yr

About the role: The Senior Manager, Bid Management is a full lifecycle pursuit role that builds exceptional customer value propositions into our sales lifecycle, capture plans, and proposals for the Government Health Solutions business. You will be the hub for a matrixed team of dynamic business development, account management, financial, legal, technology and proposal professionals. Our Bid Managers build consensus amongst diverse team members, overseeing the coordination of complex solicitations and ultimately leading c-suite level presentations.

Responsibilities

• Manages the development of winning, client-focused proposals while also prioritizing a dynamic multi-year pipeline to align opportunities with strategic goals and available resources.
• Guides deals through costing activities with relevant justifications, pricing activities with supported market analysis, risk assessment with satisfactory mitigation strategies, and presents deal structure to Executive Leadership Team.
• Engages, guides, and coordinates bid team members while exercising leadership in roles of advocate and challenge.
• Leads multiple pursuits using established tools, including hands-on development of critical bid artifacts required for proposal development, ensuring the integrity of win strategy through submission, and pivoting to creative approaches when needed.
• Supports Orals presentation process including solution validation, script and talking point development, as well as performance coaching.
  
  

Requirements

• Have 5 years managing teams or as the lead for complex projects.
• Have 8 years in progressively responsible roles in business development, capture, proposal development, or Government Healthcare Delivery.
• Demonstrate a high level of knowledge of the Government market and Healthcare Services, as well as BPO, SDLC, and the delivery of SaaS solutions.
• Have proven ability to structure and gain strategy approval for opportunities ranging from $20M to 250 M+.

The estimated salary range for this role is $97,790-$127,005.
