Base pay range

$126,500.00/yr - $225,900.00/yr

About The Opportunity

As part of Dayforce’s Payroll Product team, you will lead a team of product managers located throughout North America. In this role, you will drive the strategy and execution of compliance for our North America payroll product, ensuring it meets the needs of our global and diverse customer base while aligning with industry standards and regulatory requirements. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver innovative and user-friendly solutions that enhance our customers' experience and streamline their operations.

This role requires a forward-thinking leader who can manage internal and external executive-level stakeholders, navigate complex and competing priorities, and champion a vision grounded in strategy and supported by data. What You'll Get To Do

  • Collaborate with cross-functional business partners to effectively communicate payroll compliance strategy and ensure open lines of communication are established for the working team
  • Enable product managers to develop a roadmap that aligns with company and product vision, incorporating modern technologies such as AI where appropriate
  • Engage with customers by conducting user research, gathering insights, and maintaining relationships with key customers to inform product decisions
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas for improvement
  • Stay apprised of industry trends, regulatory changes, technological advancement, and competitor offerings to inform product strategy and maintain a competitive edge
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing product management team, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and AI exploration

Skills And Experience We Value

  • 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years of leading product management teams
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products or solutions; HCM or payroll domain experience is desired
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence and automation, particularly as they apply to product innovation and efficiency
  • Superior communication skills, both verbal and written, including experience presenting to internal and external executive teams
  • Strong self-awareness and the ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels
  • Desire and ability to travel for customer and internal meetings
