Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of healthcare data analytics experience.
• 4 years Hands-on experience with SQL and/or a BI tool.

Responsibilities

• Lead the RCS Analytics Products team for analytics product delivery and health.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, models, extracts, and routine data-related deliverables.
• Balance delegation with hands-on oversight to stay close to content and technology.
