Providence is seeking a Manager Analytics Business Intelligence for the Revenue Cycle Services team. The role leads analytics product delivery, maintains dashboards and reports, and ensures data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years of healthcare data analytics experience.
• 4 years Hands-on experience with SQL and/or a BI tool.
• Preferred: Master’s Degree in Data Science, Analytics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Health Administration, Public Health, Public Administration, or related discipline.
• Upon hire: Epic Certifications.
• 5 years progressively increasing responsibility in management with experience in report/dashboard delivery, business intelligence, analytics.
• 5 years Project management, change management, facilitation, business transformation, and process improvement methodologies.
• 3 years Revenue Cycle experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the RCS Analytics Products team focused on delivery and health of analytics products.
• Develop, integrity and maintenance of dashboards, reports, models, extracts, and routine data-related deliverables.
• Delegate effectively while staying hands-on to ensure content and technology remain aligned.
• Support Providence caregivers with analytics insights to enable patient-focused care.
