Job summary

Providence is seeking a Manager Analytics BI to lead the RCS Analytics Products team, driving the delivery and health of dashboards, reports, models, and extracts. You will balance delegation with hands-on involvement to stay connected to content and technology, supporting patient-centered care initiatives.

The role emphasizes leadership in analytics, BI delivery, and collaboration within Providence Shared Services, with a remote-friendly schedule and a focus on Healthcare Data Analytics

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of healthcare data analytics experience.
• 4 years Hands-on experience with SQL and/or a BI tool.
• Epic Certifications within hire.
• 5 years progressively increasing responsibility in management level with experience with report/dashboard delivery, business intelligence, analytics.
• 5 years Project management, change management, facilitation, business transformation, and process improvement methodologies.
• 3 years Revenue Cycle experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the RCS Analytics Products team focused on delivery and health of analytics-focused products.
• Develop, maintain dashboards, reports, models, extracts, and routine data-related deliverables.
• Delegate but remain hands-on to ensure close touch with content and technology.
