Providence is calling for Manager Analytics Business Intelligence – Full time, Day, Remote. This role leads the RCS Analytics Products team, driving delivery and health of dashboards, reports, models, and data extracts.

The role remains hands-on to ensure alignment with content and technology, while effectively delegating to the team. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in a data-related field or 4+ years of healthcare analytics experience, plus 4 years of hands-on SQL or BI tool

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Health Administration, Public Health, Public Administration, or related discipline or 4+ years of healthcare data analytics experience.
• 4 years Hands-on experience with SQL and/or a BI tool.

Responsibilities

• Lead the RCS Analytics Products team focused on delivery and health of analytics-focused products.
• Serve as an accountable lead for analytics products published by the team.
• Develop, ensure integrity of dashboards, reports, models, extracts, and routine data deliverables.
• Balance delegation with hands-on involvement to stay close to content and technology.
