This position is responsible for leading the RCS Analytics Products team focused on delivery and health of analytics-focused products. This position is seen as an accountable lead for analytics products published by the team. This position is responsible for the development, integrity and maintenance of: dashboards, reports, models, extracts, and routine data-related deliverables. The role must effectively delegate but also remain hands-on to a limited degree to ensure close touch with content and technology.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's DegreeinData Science, Analytics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Health Administration, Public Health, Public Administration, or related discipline or 4+ Years of relevant healthcare data analytics experience.
• 4 yearsHands-on experience with SQL and/or a BI tool.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's DegreeinData Science, Analytics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Health Administration, Public Health, Public Administration, or related discipline or 4+ Years of relevant healthcare data analytics experience.
