Job summary

Emergency Family Assistance Association (EFAA) in Boulder, CO, seeks a seasoned leader to oversee the Basic Needs Program, guiding staff, implementing strategic initiatives, and ensuring high-quality service to over 2000 households annually.

You will supervise frontline Resource Navigators, manage a complex $3M+ budget, and ensure compliance across funding sources, collaborating with agencies to align services with EFAA's mission.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Social Work, Sociology, or related field.
• 2+ years of management or leadership experience.
• 2+ years’ experience as a case manager or resource navigator.
• Experience working with low-income and ethnically diverse households.
• Strong MS Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint).
• Commitment to EFAA's mission, vision and values.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement policies, procedures and practices for the Basic Needs Program.
• Monitor and evaluate Basic Needs programming to align with best practices and EFAA standards.
• Oversee the Basic Needs Intake team to streamline access to support.
• Engage and manage volunteers with Resource Navigator staff.
• Identify unmet needs through data analysis and coordinate solutions with leadership.
• Oversee distribution of assistance according to policies and procedures.
