Keystone Community Services in St. Paul, MN is seeking a Full-Time Basic Needs Program Director to provide leadership for SNAP, Emergency Assistance, Mobile Services and the Food Market and Warehouse.

You will supervise multiple teams, manage program performance, data collection and reporting, and coordinate fundraising, evaluation, and communications with funders. A bachelor's degree plus 5+ years in food support management is required; strong leadership and collaboration skills are essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Food Science, Nutrition, Non-Profit Management or related field.
• Five years of experience in food support management and community programs.
• Senior management experience in a fast-paced environment and strong judgement.
• Ability to work with diverse communities and partners; strong communication.
• Experience developing relationships with community partners and vendors.

• Provide leadership, direction, and program development for Basic Needs, overseeing SNAP, Emergency Assistance, Mobile Services, and Food Market/Warehouse.
• Oversee program performance, data collection, daily operations, and supervision of staff.
• Coordinate program development, fundraising, evaluation, and communications for Basic Needs.
• Prepare utilization reports for funders and management; participate in Senior Management Team.
